This case study explores how we developed an innovative 'Rent Now, Pay Later' platform that transformed Uganda's rental market. Our comprehensive solution resulted in UGX 800M+ in transactions and 95% on-time payment rates.

The Challenge

The Ugandan rental market lacked a modern, reliable system for both landlords and tenants. Traditional payment methods were cumbersome, security deposits were problematic, and there was no unified platform to manage rental processes efficiently.

Our Solution

We developed Enyumba, a comprehensive PropTech platform that revolutionizes how people rent properties in Uganda. The platform features a 'Rent Now, Pay Later' system, integrated mobile money payments, tenant verification, and automated rental management.
