[ The challenge ]

Growing companies often run HR across spreadsheets, chat threads and memory — leave requests get lost, onboarding is ad-hoc, and leaders have no single view of headcount, approvals or upcoming events.

We built HR-OS Suite, an HR operating system that covers the full employee lifecycle across nine connected modules. A central dashboard surfaces headcount, pending approvals, department distribution and upcoming events, while approval workflows, payroll and performance cycles keep the day-to-day running.

Requirements

Mapped the real HR lifecycle — from a job posting through onboarding, leave, payroll and performance reviews.

Built nine connected modules with shared data relationships and proper authentication on Supabase.
