Enyumba.
A rent-now-pay-later platform that lets tenants spread rent into affordable monthly installments — while guaranteeing landlords their full payment upfront.
Uganda's rental market requires tenants to pay 6–12 months of rent upfront — a massive barrier that locks out working professionals, students, and young families from quality housing. Landlords meanwhile face unreliable payments and high vacancy rates.
We built Enyumba, a PropTech platform that lets tenants spread rent payments into affordable monthly installments while guaranteeing landlords their full payment upfront. The platform integrates mobile money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money) and automates the entire rental lifecycle.
